Well this is not the first time I saw such tattoo style, she obtains herself to make her eyebrow tattooed, it rarely done by people, even some of them had the same intention to do this. Removing your hair around your eyebrow then draw some art right there.
Look at this spitting image, it is a fake tattoo but it indicates that some of people loves to get rid their eyebrow to replace it with tattoo art, it is kinds cool.
