This is one of the craziest tattoo around, the concept comes up from the imagination. It seems like a person who caught in hell prison with fire leaking out from bottom. He nerve to be tattooed all over the body and I guess it will take long accomplished, just like tattoo flash.
On the back one had the same concept, on his inner sleeve is also using mechanic, ripping the skin and then all mechanic inside the body seen.
