Sometimes a person does something, and all that you can do is shake your head. That moment has occurred and the subject just happens to be Britney Spears. The former pop star has just shocked the world by shaving her head Kojak style and going completely bald, not to mention adding to her growing collection of tattoos.
The Gossip Girls reported yesterday that Britney spent less than 24 hours out of the country, at a rehab facility. She flew from the Caribbean rehab center back to California, and was photographed at a Sherman Oaks tattoo shop “Body and Soul” getting a tattoo. The ink job reportedly was a pair of red and pink lips on her wrist
